I said what I said because I am a leader and the players on this team need to say to themselves that showing up is just not good enough. this isn't pop warner where everyone gets a ribbin and a pat on the back. I have looked at us all year and said I am glad to be a part of this TEAM, win, or lose, but on sat. I looked around and saw none of what I have seen in the 1st 6 weeks. what should I do ignore it? say its ok guys I'm proud of you? that would solve what? thats not what a leader does. he tells it how it is whether you like it or not. I played all game with a f'ed up knee (it still is) only to limp off the field to hear people say I quit. are you kidding me.....you be proud of that.
