We are foreclosing our house because its no longer a viable investment. We can't find a buyer or short sale it because of the current economic climate.We just like to let go of it.
Both me and my spouse have steady jobs at a local hospital and our joint household income is sufficient enough to pay for the rent.
I would like to know from Hornig management if the foreclosure will affect our planned application for a three-bedroom apartment in Edina Colony.
