Hi all,
I've been leading an ocean swim every Sunday in South Beach for awhile now, and it's great fun. You can do a little or a lot, and it's free. Come to the lifeguard stand at 12th Street off of ocean drive at 11 a.m. Also check out the practice schedule at nadadores.org
