Duh, just remembered.
To make the foal, you go to the Residents board, add the character's (foal's, in this case) name. Then you do the whole age, gender, etc thing. And make the element Earth III, considering Arnlehyde = Earth III. I think that should bring you to another page where you choose who the aprents are or something, and we get emails. (I remember something along those lines when Strandwolf and Althea had Hybrid Theory). It'll ask you if you accept your character's being a father/mother, and then it's made. Earth III Arnlehyde.
I think that's how it goes, mostly.
