We have been ripped off by this guy very badly.
We bought 2 pups from him as they were just 2 weeks old.
He sold us a male as a bluetri and a blacktri female.
Even to ask pictures weekly was too much for him!
Well, I have bought a dog before in US from Precision Bulldogs and I always got updates on the dog through mail and pictures. I was welcome to ask every question i wanted to. And best, I always got prompt and honest answers!
i received a well socialised and good looking dog.

The malepup Jorge sold to us wasnt really looking bluetri and the pics were not showing him well, according to Jorge.
One must see him in person to see how blue he is.
Well, his sister Blue Trilla was always taken well in pics and also posted and the bluetri was showing.
anyway, one day Jorge sent pictures from the 2 pups we bought. The male was fine, bully, low, wide and good head, the female looked a bit slim compared to the male (by the way I never doubted the females colour! she is a blacktri).

My mistake now was to ask Jorge some questions like "the male doesnt look really bluetri" and "why is the female looking that slim"??
What a mistake!!!!
Instead of answering my questions he got mad at me and decided not to sell me any dog anymore!!
I told him sorry a million times but he wouldnt hear me out, said I wont appreciate the dogs I bought and he want them to go to a home where they will be loved.
ok , we never said we dont want the dogs, but his mind wasnt to change!
IMO everyone who spent money to buy a dog has every right to ask anything he wants about the dog he bought!!! I am a breeder and I do so. When I sell a dog early i send pictures to the new owners without them to ask for it.
If they have any question I will be happy to answer, because happy customer is the making of good business!
Jorge said he will refund our money.
First he said we shall think if really we want the dogs, what we did and we told him we want them.
But he didnt give them anymore.
Well at least we accepted him to refund our money.
We had a deadline til august 24, 2009.
he didnt make it, said he needs one more week.
Today its monday and all we heard from him was a SMS lat night 4 oclock German time, that he needs my adress for the Western Union office to send my money back.
i sent my adress before through mail and i sent it last night again.
since then we didnt hear from him!
I Cant be patient anymore because 3780 Euros is a huge sum of money.
Our breedingprogram is set back now, because of internetfraud.
We paid him 3600 Euros plus 180 Euros fees in Western Union! And he said he will pay the fees. So i count them aswell.
He wanted Western Union because he had some probs with paypal so he said.
He talked bad against all breeders, even the ones who are dealing with him,only his dogs are the best.
they are nice, but not best.
What was most funny is that as he sold OUR pups the second time he had fine pictures, pictures I never saw before, specially of the female!!!
I was surprised the boy was marked sold very fast.
my question now is:
JORGE; WHEN YOU HAVE OUR MONEY AND SOLD THE DOGS AGAIN FOR MONEY WHAT IS HOLDING YOU TO PAY US BACK???
I will not rest until I have my money back and today I will further all this on every board I know, to warn people not to deal with Texas Geez!
i also will contact the FBI because of internet fraud and the El Paso police departement and attorney office.
if you think women are easy to deal with, well ... you got me started.
I know how good business is moving and I also see what your actions or inactions are showing.
