Hopefully she has stolen Maximus of the vipers away to Andarin.
Dandelion = Ianthe. So obviously can only steal from the vipers for a start.

* History ref: Maximus was born a wolf like his two sisters (Ianthe and Riven) and his half sister (Avaene) but chose to become a viper so Andarin was his first home.

* History ref: In this post http://members7.boardhost.com/Nisrilan/msg/1233541158.html, Maximus wants to be with his sisters but thinks they don't even know who he is. In him coming to Andarin it wouldn't be the way he wanted them to be together again as he wanted them to live in Ni'Srilan, away from Fenris.

* History ref: As far as I'm aware no one else has sisters (stressing the plural as he has three) in Andarin apart from Maximus. And the bleed red was a vague reference to his colouring whilst the rain and earth was referencing his elements being water and earth.
