x. Name reference (0-4) - 1
I would argue that the name Freya in NO way suits the horse Freya's station. Freya is a goddess of fertility, yes, but as a child and a virgin Freya the horse does not exactly measure up at all to her namesake. In addition, the clue itself is very vague - I could name more than a couple of horses whose names suit their respective stations MUCH more effectively than Freya does hers, and a good many of the horses on this game are named after figures that appear in poems, songs, legends, etc. Given the relative vagueness of the criteria for a name suiting its station, contradiction could mean anything and really doesn't give anyone much to go on.
x. Harem reference (0-4) - 2
I think it is safe to assume that mountains do not float and are land themselves, so mountains are not high above the land at all. This clue seems to me to insinuate that the horse you are stealing has something to do with FLIGHT, thus being more fitting for a reference to a Jaeger bird instead of a mountain.
x. Rank reference* (0-4) - 1
It looks to me like your biggest reference to rank is that it is low on the board. However, there are 6 ranks at least that I would consider to be in such a place (travelers, prisoners, recruits, agents, neophytes, children), and the children rank is the most valuable of them because they are more important and prized than their location suggests.
x. History/Achievements reference (0-4) - 3
I struggled a little bit with this one - the wording is awkward, but the concept I suppose is relatively sound. My big problem with this is the vagueness of the term 'victim.' Shard slaves are not ALL victims, and there are several other non-shard-related ways to become a victim. Are you talking about a victim of rape, abuse, betrayal? Is this victim a family member or just someone involved on one way or another with the horse you are stealing? Is the victim actually someone that the horse itself victimized?
x. Filler** (-2-0) - 0
x. Extras*** (varies/MAX 2.5) - 0
TOTAL: 7/16
I fail this.
Your biggest shortfall on this steal was the ease with which many of the clues could fit a rather large number of horses. They lacked specificity.
