This is the very first part of the riddle that I figured out and is probably the easiest to catch. I don't normally count the subject line as a clue because I don't like to use it as a clue, and I did so here. The Joker isn't the Riddler anyway. Riddler = Edward Nygma, Joker = (in Burton's Batverse) Jack Napier.
