eye area pliable enough to insert a flat small tool inside and
get the original eyes out. Once they are out, I push the silicone eyes into the empty sockets.
They are pliable and can easily go in. They are made of silicone and are called soft glass eyes.
They are expensive starting at $24.99 and up, at least where I get them from which is:
The eyes are like made of rubber and are easy to push into the sockets.
I did try glass eyes with Patsy since her eye sockets are bigger
but found that the silicone eyes are easiest to put in and to adjust them once they're in.

The glass eyes are about $15-20 but are harder
The ones I used with Ellowyne are called Enchanted eyes. I bought them direct from Iplehouse when I bought my Limited Edition
Benny. They were $45.

They really are hard to photograph and are much
prettier in person.
