A couple of comments Re: Corgi QE a number of errors
Those are interesting observations about the Corgi Flight deck markings and aircraft being more important in an evaluation (or to any other AC carrier model evaluation for that matter). The kit supplied Aircraft of ANY model are the of least interest to me personally. I am looking for a reasonably accurate hull, superstructure and detail (or whatever accuracy). The aircraft included in most kits go straight to the bin anyway as most are truly terrible and fairly easily replaced. The deck markings can be replaced with care or if one doesn't have the talent, by contracting out to those that do). Unless one is talking about keeping an item perfectly stock the markings and aircraft of any kit seem to me the least important in evaluating hull or detail accuracy. To each their own though. I have not purchased a Corgi yet. Are there any details that are so wrong they would preclude purchase besides the aircraft and deck markings?
