I laid this out to see how it might eventually look.
Quays, warehouses, etc. by Triang, Mountford,Langton, Coastlines, Triton. Ships and other vessels by Triang, Neptun, Jordan, Triton, etc. More painting needed,and swing bridge requires repositioning with entrance portals.
