As a relatively small ship spending a good proportion of each voyage in convoy I had assumed she would be overall grey. Interested to hear you think possibly otherwise.

I didn't realise how ferocious was the attack by the Michel.
Also an interesting picture af her earlier (very) near-sinking as a hospital ship in WW1 in Wikipedia (when its self-imposed black out ends).
