Some collectors will know that I have been holding the moulds and masters of Santa Rosa Models on behalf of Johns wife Fran.She has now decided that the models will no longer be produced and has asked me to destroy the moulds and masters.2 weeks ago I visited Brian Robinson of Deep C models in order to collect some of Johns moulds and maters that wer cast by Brian.With the moulds there were a number of castings including some test cast's of future projects that John was working on at the time of his death.I will complete these and sell them at the next Theale on the 11th Oct.Rhenania will not be attending the next Theale however his son Matti [Rhenani Junior] will be making a flying visit for the day and is bringing many new models with him.For those not wishing to drive Theale station is served by trains from Reading with a 10 minute stroll to the hall.
