These diecast models emerge from time to time. I found my own example at a car boot sale a couple of years ago. Recently, an American collector was looking for information about the manufacturer via the 1250 Board. I still don't know where and when they were made and by whom.
There's another one that's just appeared on UK eBay. The seller seems to think it was probably a souvenir item to sell on board the real ship.
