Llyn models do an extensive series of coasters, post 1945 era. Rhenania and other continental manufacturers ditto.
Figurehead do a very nice series of 9 or ten merchant coasters in kit form. Wirral will paint them up for you.
The old and less detailed Ensign model kits can also be found at shows like Theale.
I agree warships dominate at the shows, but there are coasters to be found.
