Just a quick note to remind everyone that the first Welton Mini-Show for 2009 is this coming Sunday - April 5th - usual place - usual times.
The stallholders include (in no particular order), Les Hodder (Wirral), Martin Brown, Will Jayne (Gwylam), Dave Love (Mountford), Neil Kemplay, Roger Dawson (Antics & Coastlines), Dave Willcocks & Calvin Sims (Dreadnought) and myself. I hope that we'll be seeing Brian Robinson ('Deep C'). Books & 'objets' will be in the capable hands of Doreen McCall & Alan Ball. Catering will be in the capable hands of Jackie.
The North Hull Wargamers should be there in force - they will be refighting the Battle of Dogger Bank - this will be a 'skills share' event. Anyone wishing to learn the 'black arts' of wargaming is asked to be there in good time, although I understand the battle will be 'fought' several times, to give everyone a chance to take part.
If any readers of the board are coming but would also like some table space, please let me know - I can fit you in.
