Hi All,
I enjoyed a very pleasant afternoon fishing in Ringstead bay today. I spent a good few hours observing the naval comings and goings of Portland harbour. There was a short hull type 42 out and a 23 came in. I hadn't seen them side by side before, but the 23 looked much bigger than the 42. I had always imagined "Destroyers" as being larger than "Frigates." Still, good to see them in the flesh again. I'll take a camera next time, there are some really interesting vessels around Portland.
No bites though.
