The CM model of this ship has a small vertical "instrument" inside this "corral", which is painted brown, and the interior is not painted blue like the main swimming pools.
The Duncan Haws profile of this ship shows the radar mast prominent on top of the bridge, but with a thick base, possibly a small "office". This is also the way it is represented on the CM model.
The Len Jordan little mast would appear to be the same height as in the drawing. Depending on how keen you are you might want to put on a radar scanner, or replace it completely.
It could well be that the configuration of naviagtion equipment on top of the bridge changed from time to time, maybe there was a small pool there? I doubt it.
