Miss Crescent City New Orleans will be held January 3, 2009 at 1pm at Dixon Hall on the Tulane campus.
Tickets are $10 and are available from the contestants or at the door.
Miss Crescent City New Orleans is an official preliminary to Miss Louisiana and Miss America.
