What amazes me is that you come on this site and criticize a high school girl’s performance, actually naming her as well. Even with all the criticism that Tobin heard from parents and people like you on this site, Padua had back to back winning seasons, which I believe has not happened in 10 years. In addition, Padua was ranked in the top 10 last year and I am not sure the last time that ever happened. Padua made a decision to change coaches giving the job to Mr. Matthews but before he gets a chance to show what he can do, all the trash talk starts again, this time bringing his daughter into this.
Maybe, just maybe, Jason was the most qualified person who interviewed for the job. If you have an issue with who Padua hired I suggest you contact the school and voice your concern. I would also suggest that even if the coach was not Mr. Matthews, Emma would be starting and playing a significant amount of minutes because she is clearly one of the best players on the team. The great thing about high school sports is that it gives kids a chance to become a part of a team and work for whatever time they get. The bad part is that every parent thinks their kid should be getting more playing time than they are. I do not envy any coach having to deal with playing time and the parents.
Just saying..............
