When posting a question about your Galaxie or other Ford (all are welcome), BE SURE to tell us what it is, what year, engine, etc so we have enough information to accurately answer questions.

Needed just the A of GALAXIE written on the rear quarter panel of my 66 Galaxie....I ordered the 7 letters taken from a wrecked car. Paid weeks ago more then 110 bucks with shipping for the letters. I never got anything till today) . No answer if I email them , and always an answering maxhine if I call . Has anyone an idea about that company ? What can I do to speak with these people ??? If they have no proof that the package arrived then you will get your refund. That's what shipping records are for. First of all I want to thank you for your answers. The problem when you speak about the onus on the shipping is that I do not think that Sunman has sent me the letters in spite my paying for them already . He took the money that cleared his bank and that's it . Never got an answer on the phone , never did he email me back...So the conclusion is clear. My bank sent the money to his bank , I even had to ask him his IBAN code that he emailed me . Posted by kempman on November 7, 2009, 9:09 am, in reply to "Who knows Sunman ??" 88.74.0.174 I do know SUNMAN in a resembling way to yours JJ, to make it short: I ordered a good used, complete powersteering setup-unit to swap for a '59 Country Sedan, they offered me the parts "in good condition" for lots of money, I unfortunately agreed. What came shipped to me to Germany was a sending in 2 packages from which only 1 package has reached me. The content of that package was pure rubbish, all rusted, partly bended parts like center-link and tie-rods. I tried to reach them by phone, email and letter, no more reaction then: the parts are OK, so you have to be satisfyed, nothing about the second outstanding package etc.. I reshipped everything in hope to get my money back: nothing came back, no reaction at all. All I can say about "Sunman": be careful making business with them. Especially as an overseas customer, that "Sunman" is the worst shop I've ever made business with - forget them!  Post a Response
