Dose the four bolts with liquid wrench and let soak in, tap the bolts with a hammer. Is the motor out of the car or in? If you can't keep the motor from turning while you attempt to loosen, you could try using a socket and breaker bar up front on the crank pulley bolt to stop the crank from turning. The flywheel has 6 bolts, you can use the same method on it. I wouldn't try to brace the flywheel, you could warp it. An alternative is to smash your knuckles into a sharp object and curse while doing a jig. Most all of us have used that method, mostly with poor results!
