Work in one sand twist it. then the next one a few inches away and do the same. Keep going around till the cap is off enough to give it a good pull. Watch the fingers though.  Post a Response

Are the any other tricks? greasing the wheel in some spots maybe..?  Post a Response

Or a long flat tip screwdriver and a hammer. Pound the end of the screwdriver to an L shape and use it to pull with.  Post a Response
