I have a classic old 66 Fairlane 500 Wagon with 50,000 miles - just love cruising in this although the ride is not as cruisy as the 65 Galaxie - rear leaf springs vs rear coils makes a big difference.
Daily drive is an Aussie designed and built 2006 Ford Territory, a mid sized SUV running on liquid petroluem gas injection fuel system (basically propane) which sells for less than half the cost of unleaded petrol in Australia. Fuel economy same as for petrol.
