yep... I've seen and read about repairs like you have displayed and your work looks great. Our problem is that our wheel has a couple of chrome rings between the solid colored area of the wheel diameter and the see-thru portion, meaning that some kind of repair to fill the gaps is what we need, including to the see-thru portion... that's the area that stumps me!
