Dave, when you get the cowl off. the leak may be caused by a rubber bellows that seals the heater to the firewall. If not that, it's probably the metal(don't know the correct word)duct/adapter thing that screws to the cowl from the inside. A flange sticks up and prevents water from running into passenger compartment. These have been known to rust thru. The rubber bellows attaches to it on top and heater on bottom. Man that irks me that the name of it excapes me. Maybe Dave Cole will know. Don
