62-63 Galaxie bucket seat foam replacment

I am looking for someone who has replaced the foam on 62 or 63 Galaxie bucket seats. A friend of mine took his to an upholsterer along with new foam from one of the Galaxie catalogs and the guy said that the foam isn't right for the new seat material. The material looks correct and the foam looks just like what the catalogs show in the pictures except the back looks like it is upside down in the pics. Anyone know what is going on here?
