for those of you who don't use Pay Pal much you probably don't know about it but PayPal has set up a new thing where on some payments they put the payment "Under Review" that means they get to hang on to the customers money for 24 to 48 hours before freeing the funds. I don't know what the criteria are for a payment to be reviewed, but it cant be that tough to qualify for a review. I have had sever customers payments get reviewed and one of them had purchased several things from me in the past with out issue. The worst part is, its the consumer that gets hurt because I can't ship out product until I have the money and I don't get the money until the payment is reviewed. As a whole I have been really happy with payPal as way to sell my Mustang parts but I find this latest change a little irritating to say the least.
