My Galaxie has the original drum brakes on the rear and disc brakes on the front. It has worked well for the past two weeks, but now it is doing something I have never had happen before. When I press the brake pedal the pedal is firm like normal, but I get almost no response from the brakes. Then when the pedal gets about 1/4 depressed the brakes grab hard. It was not doing that before does any one know what could be causing it now.
