HELP on PRICE etc...Looking at Buying '62 Sunliner Rag SURVIVOR

I would very much appreciate any help on WHAT TO LOOK FOR AND "PRICE" on a '62 Sunliner 500 Conv.......Survivor car with 31,000 orig miles, .....only thing changed was top>.. It came out of the Carolinas ....no rust ever....paint/interior perfect and Original. 6 cyl...stick car...plane jane......NO MODS// ALL ORIG//UNRESTORED Chrome, stainless, glass like new. Straightest car I have seen. Eng compartment could use detail but that is it! No Issues I can see..... These come with build sheet?......where to look? Any ideas on price?????? Thanks for any help!!
