BUT it was water clean up so I used that to my advantage when I redid it on the galaxie.
1. I cleaned out all the old sealer
2. used a wire wheel to clean out the drip rail down down to clean steel.
3. primed it with rattle can etching primer (auto paint store product)
4 applied the sealer and smoothed it with a wet finger (thats why I got the water clean up stuff)
5. let it dry and painted over it with primer and top coat when I painted the whole car.
