Well, today I brought my 66 Galaxie 500 home from the mechanic's shop. The motor and trans are out of the car and I towed it with my SUV using a tow bar.
This is the first time I have had a chance to pull everything out of the back seat and trunk and spread it out to see what I have. I also have another 66 Galaxie 500 for parts which has some extra stuff stashed inside like bumpers, radiator, trim, etc.
Below I have posted some of the treasures I pulled out of the car. Wow! That was fun. My son asked how I would figure out where all the parts belong. I plan to use the parts car as a duplicate model from which I can match up parts and location.
