I see the problem. It lies in my description of it though. I need to redo all the element III levels, since they're the old ones from 5E II. Both the judge AND Alla are right - according to the elements page, it seems like you can only deliver shocks - but in reality, Lightning horses do, indeed, have total control over the element. I will reword soon for clarification.
