It was in the first attack:
The gastrocnemius allows the hock to lift before it is pulled forward with each stride, and Ozymandias's rock-like hooves have little mercy as they land not only with concussive force but continue to wreck whatever he has connected with as he drives his weight back to the ground.
It sounds like he is repetitively hitting the target until he hits the grounds the again. If you had meant it as a single blow but with damage inflicted as his body slide down the leg, than more clarity was needed there.
