CHALLENGER #1 - ETHEREAL
Attack One
-----------------
Realism: 3/5 A buck is very dangerous on such shoddy footing. –1 Also, not very smart to feint a bite that will force Delilah to move to the right, because she’s already farther away from your attack. She has momentum, now, and can more easily escape. -1
Power: 5/5
Timing: 4/5 Ethereal moves too fast here to think that Delilah wouldn’t simply move away, especially since the feigned bite started her moving in that direction in the first place. -1
Creativity Bonus: Nope, a buck is pretty basic.
CHALLENGER #1 - ETHEREAL
Attack Two
-----------------
Realism: 4/5 Rearing this high is also dangerous in the weather. -1
Power: 5/5
Timing: 5/5
Creativity Bonus:

CHALLENGER #2 - DELILAH
Defense One
-----------------
Realism: 4/5 Well…you didn’t do much. It would’ve been better to take advantage of Ethereal’s mistake and start moving away from the bite, then use that momentum to safely continue moving away. -1
Damage: 3/5 Considering that you took the attack full on to your side and did nothing to defend against it, I think the damage should be far greater. -2
Timing: 5/5
Creativity Bonus:
CHALLENGER #2 - DELILAH
Defense Two
-----------------
Realism: 4/5 I like it. I also like how you recognize the weather conditions and don’t endanger yourself needlessly. Unfortunately, your previous injury doesn’t really affect you as it should. -1
Damage: 4/5 Not enough damage was taken. -1
Timing: 5/5
Creativity Bonus: +1 I like it. It’s creative.
CHALLENGER #2 - DELILAH
Attack One
-----------------
Realism: 5/5
Power: 4/5 It just doesn’t seem that powerful an attack, since Delilah has no weight or momentum behind it like Ethereal does.
Timing: 5/5
Creativity Bonus: +1 This is actually really creative, and I would’ve given you two points but I already awarded a creativity point for the defense, which is basically the same thing.
CHALLENGER #2 - DELILAH
Attack Two
-----------------
Realism: 4/5 I don’t like attacking with an injured foreleg. Why exacerbate your own injury? -1
Power: 4/5 It seems powerful, but just the fact that an injured leg is the weapon reduces it enough to warrant another deduction. -1
Timing: 5/5
Creativity Bonus: +1 Haven’t really seen it before.

CHALLENGER #1 - ETHEREAL
Defense One
-----------------
Realism: 4/5 Er…you didn’t do anything, really. -1
Damage: 5/5

OVERALL
Challenger #1 - ETHEREAL
-----------------
Total from Above: 55/60
Elemental Score*: -1 You blatantly ignore the effect rain would have on Ethereal’s fire.
Bonus Points**:
Penalties***: -2 Ethereal gave off an obvious super-horse vibe throughout the entire battle. She also pretty much ignored the weather conditions by bucking and rearing indiscriminately.
GRAND TOTAL -- 52
Challenger #2 - DELILAH
-----------------
Total from Above: 54/60
Elemental Score*:
Bonus Points**: +1 Delilah always took the weather into consideration with her movements. Kudos.
Penalties***:
GRAND TOTAL – 55
Ethereal; you must work on the super horse vibe. The new stats template should help this, but bear in mind: more power in a horse greatly reduces the speed, and the agility will probably only be moderate. She cannot have all three – speed, agility, and power – to the max. Also, the weather conditions were basically ignored. ALSO, the backseat battling was a little out of hand. Focus more on your own defenses/attacks rather than cutting down your opponents; the judges can do that by themselves.
Delilah; you must work on taking more damage. A full on buck to the side, with no defense whatsoever, is going to nearly cripple a horse. Also, bear in mind the effects these injuries will have on your movements later in the battle – you must consistently mention any limps or bruises, as well as remembering to place as little weight as possible on the injured portion of your body when defending/attacking. Also, I don’t care what excuse you give, attacking with an injured leg is NEVER good. NEVER EVER.
I declare DELILAH to be the winner of this battle. A good fight to you both; please take all of my remarks as constructive criticism. I know I’m a harsh judge, and may come off as mean, but in the long run it will benefit you both. You are both very promising warriors.
