Dear More Confused than ever, This is a Steering Group Meeting held as Steve says at time when all group members can attend. Once we have firmed up our proposals we will put them to a full meeting which will be held at a more convenient time. At present we are trying to put together a workable structure which must be in place before launching the club, electing officials, identifying objectives, creating benefits and recruiting members. So, if you are to miss a meeting it might as well be this one as the agenda is administratively based. The next meeting, when the Steering Committee presents its findings, is the important one and your attendance would be greatly appreciated. In other words if we don't see you on Tuesday, you haven't missed much and we look forward to your support at the next meeting which I promise you will be held at a better drinking time. Cheers Mike
