Great idea. An open forum helps to keep other clubs involved, although it can often attract idiots as you can see on the Echo's Saint's forum. Talking of the Echo it appears that Sutton is closer than Bashley to Southampton judging by the publicity that they receive and the lack of it for the Bash.
