No Ian ,Pete does not have to give authorisation it has nothing to do with his say so.This is the point.An independent supporters club has not been set up so far basically through lack of support.Thats fair enough cos if people dont wantit ok but it now appears that fans maybe think that Steve may be continually pushing it for his own end as Steve P put it self promotion.I feel compelled to write that i know Steve has received a call from a member of the executive committee telling him that they need this body up and running presumably for fund raising purposes.Which is why i suggested that Steve take his ideas direct to the club.Im personally worn out by it all ive been involved for 6 months,got nowhere so i am taking a backward step.Most of all i hated hearing the two Steves at each others throat as there both good Bash fans.This is my last word on the subject and expect to keep my postings purely to football and not politics.Up the Bash.
