Thanks for taking the time to post Dan, we have a lot of knowledgeable fans not at least Dave who makes Nostradamus look like a beginner in the prediction stakes. He may take a little while to answer as he is still getting over the shock of wasting a tenner on England to win Euro 08.....................and he only placed the bet last week!!
