Ain't that ridiculous? I declare, how did these weenies get so much power?
A-pathy. That's how. Our Primary elections were last Tuesday. We had a whopping 7% turnout overall. But those who had a "special interest" had a much higher turnout, percentage wise. The special interests folks (doesn't matter what the special interest is) understands and knows how to get out the vote. Because the public in general is very apathetic, you end up with this kind of mess on your hands.
