Thats genetics. That doesn't just happen with our dogs. If you get undesirable traits you don't do that breeding again and you don't breed the undesirable offspring. Are you familiar with outcrossing? If you know what you are doing and put in the effort that people like Brandy with the coefficients then you can acheive much of the same outcome as crossbreeding. You still get a certain degree of Hybrid Vigor.
