You are so right!!! Too many different visions of the perfect Olde. I thank you for saying my dogs are beautiful.
now to answer your question "why do i bother with oldes and just do Eb" Because my dog/puppies are not full Eb, I feel that i would be saying something that wasnt true...yes my dogs look Eb in a way, but you can see olde in them too, atleast i think i can...
Im just trying to make the best bulldog i can, i dont want people to look at my dogs and say..."what is" or "is that an american bulldog" or "is that a boxer".
I want it to be clear that this is a BULLDOG...whether it be OLDE or not.
In my opinion the best Oldes are F1's, you get the best of both worlds...and not all EB's are garbage..i looked for a very long time to find the right male to use in my program. Head, bones, temperament...good in the health deparment too!
