Well this morning went to take the dogs out and noticed my girl Zena that we were expecting pups from at the end of the month wasn't acting right. She went out and came back in and didn't want to eat. So she followed me upstairs sat on the couch and had one of the pups. Right then I rushed her in to the Emergency vet when on the road she had four more pups then three at the vet. In all she had eight pups all didn't make it because of how early it was. The vet is suspecting an open pyometra. I've never dealt with this so needless to say I'm trying to figure out how this could have happened. And anyone who knows me knows how well taken care of these dogs are. Just hoping all is ok with my girl.
