I might be wrong,
I might be wrong
I could have sworn
I saw a light coming on

As the words flowed from nowhere it seems, as all the questions she had poured from brain to mouth, he dims his flames until it is but a flicker much like the flickering light that accompanied her two leggered when he visited at night. Much like she had seen Nico Burning through the night she hazily remembers the small glow in the distance that would sometimes float closer to her at night in her field. At first she ran from the floating light much like she froze at the firey stallion's approach, however she only remembers the comfort she found when he visited her beneath the moon now.
The glowing stallion speaks and she watches in surprise as another creature scurried from nowhere it seems. It approaches the other's nose and she too lowers her head, eyeing the creature before lifting her head abruptly at his grin. She steps back as he nods and the small creature is far enough from her that she is okay with it's presence. She listens to his words, sucking in his knowledge, quenching her thirsty mind. His logic was perfect, many were too caught up in facts, when perhaps we should all just accept and mildly question but not dissect everything around us. She nods often as he speaks occasionally mumbling in agreement.
Nico laughs and though she's not sure why ivory beast chuckles gently as well. Though silence passes, it is not awkward like most pauses, She had much information to absorb and disect. She dips her head down lips searching for some sort of food, however the harsh winters offer her grumbling belly no substance. He speaks with great wisdom and the dark thoughts that portray in his orbs show the great struggles he had gone through to gain such knowledge. She sighs breifly as he speaks of elements, a shiver releasing down her spine as the urge to gain an element swelling in her chest.
She smiles awkwardly and decides that conversations of who they are was for another time and for now, she would use her teacher as just that; a sourse of knowledge, a key to the world she had stumbled into.
" I think i understand what you mean, I could feel something when i entered these lands and while that slightly explains it i can't help but feel there is more to it. " She pauses, bitting her lip briefly before continuing, " I've seen some who have strong powers that have strange scars... I saw one suckling upon a willing participant's body" She lets out a gasping breath and recalls the vivid image.
She waits for his explanation of shards, perhaps answering his comment with something of interest [to be mentioned in next post :) ] if he has any knowledge of them.
" I think i roughly understand the elements, i suppose i just have to be around and see with my own eyes to understand.... Well what of the scholar class can you tell me, how do i rise in the ranks? what responsibilities come with that?.... And what do you know of and think of the lands of legends.. well herds i suppose as well as lands. Though I'm only beginning to understand the wolves, i'd like to hear of the other lands." She smiles to him, tilting her head questioningly at him, audits pressed forwards to catch each word of wisdom her teacher had to pass on.
